Information currently handled by the website

The website currently processes information customers choose to provide when using account, checkout, order-tracking, and contact features.

  • Account information such as name and email when a customer creates or uses an account.
  • Checkout and delivery information such as name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
  • Order and payment references, payment status, purchased item snapshots, and fulfilment status.
  • Contact-form information such as name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message.
  • Cart information saved in the customer’s browser so the cart can remain available after refresh.

How current features use information

The implemented website uses submitted information to provide requested account features, calculate and create orders, process payment results, show order status, support delivery, and save contact enquiries.

The website stores payment gateway references and statuses. It is not designed to store raw payment-card details or CVV data.

Systems currently used

The current implementation uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Razorpay for online payment processing. Those providers process information needed to provide their respective services under their own applicable terms and notices.
